LinkedIn Profile Optimisation/Writing Service – Terms & Conditions
By ticking this box, you “the client” are agreeing to the following “tasks” listed (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6) to be undertaken by an agent of Networking Clout on your behalf:
A questionnaire is sent to the client for them to fill in any relevant background information pertaining to their LinkedIn profile, the questionnaire is sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
(2) Full Face to Face Video Consultation (up to 30 mins)
The agent will discuss the client’s expectations and answers given to the questionnaire. This is to establish how the client is looking to enhance their LinkedIn profile.
(3) Key Worded Profile
If required, the agent will research those keywords used specifically within the client’s industry or niche to include in their profile
(4) Re-Written Professional Summary
The agent will write a prominent, engaging and professional summary to introduce the client’s experience.
(5) Professional Photo/LinkedIn Banner
The agent will professionally take or otherwise design a LinkedIn profile photo based on an existing image of the client. The bespoke LinkedIn banner is also created to client specifications.
(6) Bespoke Tags, URL & Profile Layout
As required, the agent will enhance a client’s visibility even further by engineering the search-ability around their profile.
Note: Some of the above actions by the agent may not be necessary if the client has already completed any of the tasks as defined within (1)(2)(3)(4)(5)(6) in a satisfactory manner prior to purchasing the service. This will not affect the price of the service or incur a refund in part.
In the interests of receiving the highest level of profile outcome, following the questionnaire and video consultation, any information emittance may affect the quality of the final profile.
Any such information offered by the client to an agent of Networking Clout is treated in the strictest confidence and used to professionally optimise a client’s profile as defined in tasks.
We encourage all clients to make copies of existing LinkedIn profiles prior to any changes being made to a profile by a Networking Clout agent. Details of how to do so can be found here; https://share.vidyard.com/watch/WU5mC6WB2BjxuusKAEisUG
Prior to commencing service, the client is offered two options:
i) A copy of the updated profile details will be sent to the client via PDF and contain elements that coincide with the above named “tasks” to be ‘copy and pasted’ into a LinkedIn profile manually by the client under instruction from the agent during a secondary video call i.e. no login details are exchanged between client and Networking Clout agent.
ii) The client can send via email, skype or the LinkedIn messenger service, their personal LinkedIn account login details for the explicit use by the Networking Clout agent for the purpose of the agent accessing the client profile edit functionality and to undertake the LinkedIn Profile Optimisation service on the client’s behalf.
In agreeing to these terms & conditions, the client understands and accepts any and all risks associated with the supply of personal data, including data loss.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, or breach thereof, the parties involved shall use their good faith efforts to settle the dispute through a process of mediation
We take your personal data security very seriously, we value your privacy and want to be transparent by letting you know about our process for how we gather, store and use your data.
Bookings, Refunds & Cancellations
We aim to have profiles completed within 14 days of booking
We offer clients a 45 day ‘flexibility period’ where they may postpone the date for the work to go ahead on the understanding that an appointment be re-made within 45 days of making the initial booking.
Once a booking has been made and an appointment day agreed verbally and further confirmed by email – we require a minimum of 48hrs notice should the appointment date need to be changed.
IMPORTANT – Due to how we manage client workloads – if you have not emailed us 48 hrs prior to re-schedule your appointment and/or have not provided us with the required information (completed questionnaire, CV, relevant images, LinkedIn login passwords – if using etc) by 9.00am of the appointment date – the work cannot go ahead as planned and you will still be charged for the service without the option to re-schedule the appointment.
Refunds are only offered under exceptional circumstances and are done so solely at the discretion of Networking Clout.
